Membership
The Rotary Club of Nalumunye was chartered in the year 2020-2021 with a charter membership of 26 Rotarians. The club has since grown over the years and currently stands at 45 active members.
The club gender stands at 25 females and 20 males. The average age composition of members of Rc Nalumunye is 40 – 49 years of age.
The main composition of members is those who live, work, and stay in the areas of Nalumunye, Mutundwe Kisigula, and Seguku. The club has had a retention rate of 96.5%.
We periodically carry out membership satisfaction surveys to understand how members feel about the club and to seek innovative ways how we can keep our members engaged and happy.
We are very passionate about the quality of members we recruit at RC Nalumunye hence majority of our members are professional Ugandans in diverse fields. We ensure members make use of their professions to serve humanity.
The Rotary Club of Nalumunye has two seasons of recruitment, that is in the months of November and May. We believe the more the better thus our passion for recruiting, is to serve communities around us hence changing lives and creating hope for others.
